Annual Mtg of the PC 17/06/26

Norton in Hales Parish Council will be holding an Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council at 7:30pm on 17th June 2026 at the Jubilee Hall, Norton in Hales. This will be a finance meeting to sign off the year end accounts and submission to the External Auditor.

If anyone has any matter they wish to put before the Parish Council please email via this website or directly to [email protected] please telephone one of the Councillors or Clerk (01948 841945). A period of 15 minutes is allocated for the public session. No longer than 3 minutes per person – time to be allocated between those wishing to make representations. If more than one person wishes to speak on the same matter a spokesperson is to be nominated. No repetition of points already raised to be received. In accordance with standing order 3(e), a question shall not require a response at the meeting nor start a debate on the question. The Chairman of the meeting may direct that a written or oral response be given.
